1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. Once artwork is submitted and payment is processed, we are under no obligation to cancel, modify, or refund the order.

In the rare event a refund is approved:

• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  This covers non-refundable credit card processing and refund transaction fees.

3. Custom Services Policy

We also offer the following custom services:

• Printing on customer-supplied clothing

• DTF (Direct to Film) transfer sheet printing

Cheapest Print On Demand provides no warranty that logo designs created using our design tools will not infringe upon the trademarks or rights of any third party.
